Property Cleanup in Titusville

We clear overgrown yards, invasive vines, brush piles and storm debris down to workable ground, then haul it all away. First we walk the property with you, flag what is worth saving, and write a line-item estimate so you can schedule and budget the cleanup on your terms.

When a Yard Needs More Than a Mow

Property cleanup is the reset job. It is the right call when growth has gone past what a mower or a weekend with hand shears can handle: vines climbing the fence, shrubs swallowing a window, a back corner that has turned into a brush pile. We cut, pull and grind it back, separate what can stay from what has to go, and leave you with ground that regular lawn care can actually maintain.

Here, a single rainy season can add several feet of growth, and vines like air potato and Brazilian pepper seedlings fill any gap you leave them. Waiting until the yard is a code complaint or a listing deadline usually means a bigger, rushed job. Planning the cleanup before that point keeps the scope smaller and the cost predictable.

We are a family-owned company, business licensed, and we have been doing this work since 2018. Common reasons for a cleanup include rentals between tenants, homes being prepared for sale, and yards that were inherited or left alone for a few years.

What a Property Cleanup Covers

Overgrowth cutback
We cut back overgrown shrubs, hedges and ornamental grasses to a healthy height and pull growth off walls, screens and the roofline. Plants that can recover get shaped. Plants that are dead in the center or rooted against the foundation get flagged for removal.
Vine and invasive removal
Air potato, cat's claw and other climbing vines get pulled from fences and trees, including the root tubers where we can reach them. Cutting vines at the base only buys a few weeks, so we dig out what we can.
Brush and debris clearing
Fallen limbs, old palm fronds, leaf piles and brush along fence lines get cleared. We also pick up yard junk mixed into the growth, like old edging, pots and landscape fabric.
Weeded beds and edges
Beds get weeded down to soil, edges along walks and driveways get cut clean, and sand or soil washed onto hard surfaces gets cleared off.
Haul-off
Everything we cut or pull leaves with us. You are not left with a curb pile waiting on pickup.

Signs Your Yard Is Due for a Cleanup

  • Vines on the fence or trees

Once vines reach the canopy, they shade out the tree and add weight that breaks limbs in wind. The sooner they come down, the less damage they do.

  • Shrubs touching the house

Growth against siding holds moisture and gives insects a bridge to the walls. It also hides problems like rot or a leaking hose bib.

  • You cannot see the property line

If brush has erased the edge of the yard, you have lost usable ground and created a sheltered spot for rodents and snakes.

  • A rental, sale or move-in is coming

A cleared yard photographs better and shows buyers or tenants a property that has been looked after. Scheduling a few weeks out is far easier than a rush the week before.

  • Storm debris never got finished

Broken limbs left on the ground rot into the turf and become fuel and harborage. A cleanup finishes the job properly.

How the Job Runs

  1. 1

    Free on-site walkthrough

We walk the yard with you and mark what stays, what goes and what needs a closer look. You get a written line-item estimate, so you can do the whole job at once or split it across two visits to spread the cost.

  2. 2

    Scheduling and prep

We pick a date that fits your plans and confirm where trucks and trailers can park. We note irrigation heads, valve boxes and low wiring before the crew starts so nothing gets cut by mistake.

  3. 3

    Cutting and clearing

The crew works from the outside edges in, cutting back growth, pulling vines and clearing brush. Anything we find that changes the scope, like a dead tree or a broken sprinkler line, we show you before acting on it.

  4. 4

    Haul-off and final pass

Debris gets loaded and hauled. Walks and the driveway get blown clear, and we walk the finished yard with you and point out anything worth planning for next.

What Moves the Price of a Cleanup

Cleanup pricing comes down to how much material is on the ground and how hard it is to get out. We price from the walkthrough, line by line, so you can see where the money goes. When the cleanup is the first step of a bigger project, such as new sod or a landscape design, you can spread the total with financing of up to $100,000, choose a term anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and pay it off early without a penalty.

Volume of debris
The amount of material we haul is the biggest driver. Dense brush and years of fronds fill trailers fast.
Access to the work
A wide gate and open side yard let us bring equipment in. A narrow gate or fenced backyard means carrying material out by hand, which takes longer.
Type of growth
Soft overgrowth cuts quickly. Woody shrubs, vines with tubers and thick roots take more labor and sometimes digging.
Add-on work
Tree work, stump grinding or bamboo removal are priced as separate lines so you can decide what to include now and what to schedule later.

Property Cleanup Questions

Something not covered here? (407) 544-5119

How is this different from seasonal cleanup?

Seasonal cleanup keeps a maintained yard on track with periodic trimming, leaf removal and bed tidying. Property cleanup is for yards that have gotten away from you and need heavy cutback and haul-off. After a property cleanup, regular lawn care or seasonal cleanup keeps things from sliding back.

Will you save the plants that are worth keeping?

Yes. During the walkthrough we point out shrubs and trees that will recover with pruning and those that are too far gone. You decide what stays, and we mark it before the crew begins.

Do you take tree limbs and stumps too?

We clear fallen limbs as part of the cleanup. Standing trees that need trimming or removal and leftover stumps are handled through our tree trimming and removal and stump grinding services, and we can quote them on the same visit.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not necessarily. Once we have walked the property together and agreed on the scope, you only need to leave gates unlocked and let us know about pets. We call you if we find something that changes the plan.

Can the work be split up to fit my budget?

Yes. Because the estimate is line by line, we can clear the front yard and fence lines first and handle the back on a later date. That is often the simplest way to plan a large cleanup.
