Landscaping Service Areas In and Around Titusville

We work at homes in Titusville and the towns around it, from Mims down to Cocoa and out to Cape Canaveral. Every job starts with a free on-site walkthrough, so you see a clear plan and know what drives the cost before anything gets dug, cut or planted.

Where our crews work

Our home base is Titusville, and most weeks our trucks are also in Port St. John, Mims and Sharpes. We regularly head south to Cocoa, Cocoa West and Tropical Park, east to North Merritt Island and Cape Canaveral, and west to Wedgefield and Bithlo.

The service list is the same in every town, from Mims to Cape Canaveral: lawn care, irrigation, sod installation, hardscape installation, tree and palm work, stump grinding, bamboo removal and property cleanup. What changes from yard to yard is soil, drainage, shade and whatever was planted twenty years ago. So we walk the property with you first. We watch where water sits after rain, note which limbs hang over the roof and check where the irrigation heads actually spray. Then we sort the list into what needs doing now and what can wait a season or two. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, we offer financing for amounts as high as $100,000, with terms from two to twelve years and no penalty for paying it off early.

What shapes yard work across the area

  • Housing age and lot layout

Homes here range from older concrete block ranches to newer subdivisions with small irrigated lots. Older yards often carry overgrown oaks, crowded foundation shrubs and irrigation lines patched many times. Newer lots tend to have thin topsoil over fill, which drains fast and dries out sod along the edges.

  • Sandy soil

Most of the area sits on sand that holds little water or nutrients. Fertilizer and water move past the root zone quickly, so St. Augustinegrass and bed plants do better with lighter, more frequent feeding and a mulch layer that keeps the surface from baking.

  • Dry spring, wet summer, hurricane season

Lawns get stressed in the dry spring, then the summer rainy season brings afternoon storms, standing water and fast growth. Hurricane season runs June through November. Thinning trees, trimming palms and clearing dead wood in late winter or spring costs less and goes safer than cleaning up broken limbs after a storm, so we suggest booking that work early.

  • Watering rules

Landscape irrigation across the region follows St. Johns River Water Management District day-of-week limits, which shift when daylight saving time starts and ends. We set controllers to the allowed days and adjust run times so each zone soaks the roots instead of running off onto the driveway.

  • HOAs and permits

Many subdivisions have HOA rules on grass type, plant lists and paver materials, and some want approval before work starts. Tree removal and some hardscape projects can need a city or county permit depending on where you live. We check what applies to your address and build that lead time into the schedule.
